Paid subscribers get a reply within one working day. Free accounts within three. Include your account email and, if it is a bug, what you were doing when it happened.

For access to your data, correction, deletion, or anything else under the Data Privacy Act, email privacy@capstoneuml.com. We respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Our Privacy Policy sets out the full list of rights you have.

This is the one we most want to hear about. If Capstone UML produced notation that is wrong, send us the diagram name and what you expected instead. Notation errors are treated as urgent, because they can cost you a submission.

If your capstone system is not in our template list, tell us what it is. We build the templates people actually ask for, and requests from students carry the most weight.

Capstone UML is built by PIES Information Technology Solutions, a software company in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, Philippines, run by Joken Entierro Villanueva.

We also run itsourcecode.com, where we have been publishing capstone tutorials and reviewing BSIT projects since 2018. That is where this tool came from: we kept seeing students lose days to drawing diagrams by hand.
